Q Can I sell at the expo?

 

A  In most cases yes, however restrictions can apply on food and drink products.  Refer to your Infopack.

 

Q How do I select which event best suits me?

 

A The right product in the right event properly managed will always be a successful marketing exercise. The best event for you is the one that delivers your audience to you, so do your research and find established events with a track record.

 

Q How do I get the most out of the stand?

 

A The best results come from being prepared. Make sure your stand looks good, your staff are on time and ready to do business, but most of all set goals and have processes to follow up leads after the show.

 

Q Is a discount available if I participate in multiple events?

 

A Possibly, please contact your account manager to discuss further.

 

Q Do I need to pre-book parking?

 

A If your event is at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre it is highly recommended you pre-book parking, especially for weekdays. Please download an application form from your Infopack.

 

Q Is storage available on site?

 

A No storage is available, but arrangements can be made to assist. Please refer to your Infopack.

 

Q How do I access the venue for set up and breakdown?

 

A It is important you are familiar with the loading bay procedures at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. Please refer to your Infopack for detailed information about this.

 

Q Do I have to man the booth for the entire duration of the show?

 

A No, the way you conduct your stand is completely up to you, however the best results will be achieved by being at the event for all opening hours. Often, the best contacts are made at the end of the day.

 

Q What is included in the standard shell scheme price?

 

A A standard shell scheme stand come complete with walls, carpet, power, fascia with company name, and lights. 

 

Q Does my stand come with furniture?

 

A No, all furniture can be hired from the Stand Contractor. Please refer to the Infopack for their details.

 

Q Are there any additional costs once I have booked a stand?

 

A Please refer to the Fax Back Forms in the Infopack. These forms outline any additional costs that may occur, depending on what other materials & services you require for the shows.

 

Q Are there any restrictions when dressing my display?

 

A Height restriction may apply but generally you are free to dress your stand as suits. However, it is important to remain within the perimeters of your stand and not go out into the aisles.
