Booking Procedure

An Exhibitor Agreement will be sent to you once you agree to become an Exhibitor at a Show.  Once this is signed and returned to Exibit, a stand position will be confirmed.

An initial minimum deposit is required at time of signing the Agreement with the investment balance paid as equal monthly instalments of the remaining months leading up to the Event. Credit cards are welcome as are direct debit facilities.

So how does it work?

  1. Decide which show you'd like to represent your business at
  2. Visit the consumer web site and get a feel for the show
  3. Download the relevant event information card
  4. Contact the event manager
  5. Discuss your expectations and your budget
  6. Determine the most effective way to participate in the show
  7. Once you've finalised your participation requirements, an exhibitor agreement is sent
  8. Complete the agreement
  9. Follow the agreed financial instalment plan
  10. Get ready to show case your business
