Event conceptualisation & development

Our senior management team will work closely with you through a process of evaluation, re-packaging, costing including renegotiation of rates with venues, contractors and the media. Exibit is a vertically integrated exhibition and event management company with capabilities that extend from event conceptualisation through creative design, sales and marketing to promotions and logistics.

Exibit is uniquely experienced in the management of events of all sizes from a small conference with an exhibition attached to the opening of a major venue such as the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre.

Logistics and operations control

Exibit has substantial experience at all major venues in Perth including the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre, the Burswood Dome and the Claremont Showgrounds and negotiates arrangements direct with the venues' management. We have a service agreement with Perth's largest display company and exhibition floor plans are developed in-house using AutoCAD. The contracted status of all confirmed exhibitors is recorded within our Maximiser database which ensures full details of requirements and commitments are centrally stored and available for immediate recall.
